Ta Da! Texas Wildflower Mix Set II!

My second pattern is complete, tested, and printed!  It will soon be available at The Quilt Cottage in Corpus Christi and at the Paper Pieces booth at International Quilt Market and Festival!  I designed this pattern after so many people saw the first and said, “Great, but what about an Indian Paintbrush?”  So this one has the Indian Paintbrush, plus an Indian Blanket, Purple Coneflower, and my personal favorite, a Blackfoot Daisy all in one great pattern.  Now you can enjoy wildflowers all year long!  And please, send me pictures when you finish a bouquet, I’d love to include them in our wildflower gallery!

In amongst the craziness of pattern printing and packaging this week, and the Ranger’s world series games, I also celebrated a birthday.  Check out the lovely surprise my creative friend Elizabeth gave me:

How cool is that?!?  She English paper pieced my logo onto a tote bag and embellished it with embroidery.  I love it!  And it will be perfect to take along for Quilt Festival.

Next week I’ll be posting a tutorial for the truly, wonderfully insane paper piecers out there.  Here’s a sneak preview:

Happy Stitching!!

My favorite flower in set II is the daisy. The Indian blanket is a close second because it is so elegant. God made beautiful flowers and you have translated them well. Well done!
