AAQI Update

I don’t think I ever showed a picture of my finished quilt for the AAQI.  Ooops.

This is the last year AAQI will auction quilts to raise funds for Alzheimer’s research.  They’re trying to make it to one million dollars raised by the end of the year.  So if you’ve been thinking of making a little quilt to send, make sure you send it before August.

Hmm, sending a little quilt. . . could that be considered Happy Mail?!  I certainly think so!  I’m tickled by the response to the Happy Mail post, and am working on a blog badge for everyone who wants to quilt along.  More on that soon.  Right now, my five year old wants help with her quilt!
